1. FACE FRAME -
- Kiln dried solid wood.
- Mortise and tenon, glued and power nailed.
- Rails 3/4"x1 3/4".
- Styles 3/4"x1 3/4".
- Mullion 3/4"x31/2"

2. END PANELS -
- Melamine or foil 1/2" thick.
- Ends to be rabbeted to receive tops and bottoms.

3. BACKS -
- Melamine or foil 1/2" thick.
- Back is glued into sides, top and bottom.

4. BASE BOTTOMS -
- Melamine or foil 1/2" thick.
- Bottoms let into end panels and face frame.

5. WALL TOP/BOTTOM -
- Melamine or foil 1/2" thick.
- Top/bottoms let into end panels and face frame,glued and fastened.

6. COUNTER CLEATS -
- Plastic counter corner braces are stapled into ends and backs.

7. DOOR AND DRAWER FACES -
- Any door model can be used on this cabinet line.
- Any door profile can be used on this cabinet line. (exceptions with the concealed hinge).

8. FINISH -
- Frame and wood doors only get a finishing.
- Consisting of stain from standard color selection,sealer and two top coats uv finish.

9. SHELVING -
- Melamine or foil 5/8" thick.
- Shelves are all adjustable.
- Shelf supports are plastic "lock type".
- All sink cabinets don't have shelves
(unless noted).

10. DRAWERS -
- Metabox drawer system with 100lbs capacity.
- Drawer bottom in melamine or foil 1/2".
- Drawer backs in melamine 5/8".

11. HARDWARE -
- Hinges:barrel antique brass finish, standard heavy duty semi-concealed, 1/2" overlay,wrap around,self closing. (picture shows frame concealed hinge, available upon request).
- Drawer slides are Metabox,white epoxy coated, with nylon roller, self closing, 100lbs load capacity.
- Bumper pads are white foam (or brown felt).
