1. MODULAR FRAMELESS BOX -
-Particle board melamine or foil.
-Doweled and glued.
-All fronts are edge banded in pvc.

2. END PANELS -
-Melamine or foil 5/8" thick.
-Sides are bored to receive dowels.
-Sides are grooved to receive backs.

3. BACKS -
-Melamine or foil 1/2" thick.
-Back is glued into sides, top and bottom.

4. BASE BOTTOMS -
-Melamine or foil 5/8" thick.
-Bottoms have dowels glued into ends.

5. WALL TOP/BOTTOM -
-Melamine or foil 5/8" thick.
-Top/bottoms have dowels glued into ends.

6. COUNTER CLEATS -
-Melamine 5/8" thick.
-Doweled and glued into sides.
-Cleats run across front and back of base cabinets.

7. DOOR AND DRAWER FACES -
-Any door model can be used on this cabinet line (exceptions are the one piece solid doors).
-Any door profile can be used on this cabinet line.(exceptions hud and usa profiles).

8. FINISH -
-Doors and visible sides may get finishing (depending on colors and material).
-Consisting of stain from standard color selection,sealer and two top coats uv finish.

9. SHELVING -
-Melamine or foil 5/8" thick.
-Shelves are all adjustable.
-Shelf supports are plastic "lock type".
-All sink cabinets don't have shelves (unless noted).

10. DRAWERS -
-Metabox drawer system with 100lbs capacity.
-Drawer bottom in melamine or foil 1/2".
-Drawer backs in melamine 5/8".

11. HARDWARE -
-Hinges:clip-on 110 degree fully- concealed,1/2" overlay,self closing.
-Drawer slides are Metabox, white epoxy coated, with nylon roller, self closing, 100lbs load capacity.
-Bumper pads are white foam (or brown felt).
