1. FACE FRAME -
- Kiln dried solid wood.
- Mortise and tenon, glued and power nailed.
- Rails 3/4"x1 3/4".
- Styles 3/4"x1 3/4".
- Mullion 3/4"x31/2"

2. END PANELS -
- Exposed ends: 1/2" regular hardwood plywood.
- Ends to be rabbeted to receive tops and bottoms, glued and stapled to face frame.

3. BACKS -
-1/4" thick regular hardwood plywood.
- Securely glued and stapled to ends.

4. BASE BOTTOMS -
- 1/2" thick regular hardwood plywood.
- Bottoms let into end panels and face frame.

5. WALL TOP/BOTTOM -
- 1/2" thick regular hardwood plywood.
- Top/bottoms let into end panels and face frame,glued and fastened.

6. INSTALLATION CLEATS -
- Wall cabinets have a 3/4"x3 1/2" solid lumber running full length of cabinet at top and bottom.
- Base cabinets have a 71/2" cleat at the top and 31/2" cleat at the bottom.

7. DOOR AND DRAWER FACES -
- Any door model can be used on this cabinet line.
- Any door profile can be used on this cabinet line.(exceptions with the concealed hinge).

8. FINISH -
- Consisting of stain from standard
color selection,sealer and two top coats uv finish.

9. SHELVING -
- 3/4" thick regular hardwood plywood with front edge banded.
- For base cabinets only the shelves are let into dadoes of end panels.
- For wall cabinets only the shelves are adjustable.

10. DRAWERS -
- Drawer fronts are same material as doors.
- Sides, backs and fronts are 3/4" thick solid wood.
- Sides are mortised and tennoned into front and back.
- Drawer bottoms are 1/4" plywood let into sides,front and back components.

11. TOE KICK -
- A plywood sub toe kick is stapled to the sides and bottom member.
- Toe kick is inset 3".

12. HARDWARE -
- Hinges:barrel antique brass Finish, standard heavy duty semi-concealed, 1/2" overlay,wrap around, self closing.
- Drawer slides are epoxy white, metal ball-bearing,mounted on the side rails with plastic rear mount brackets having a 100 pound load capacity.
- Bumper pads are white foam (or brown felt).
